Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks, audit documentation, and GRC support activities.

Experience in human risk management, social engineering mitigation, and user behavior analytics.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the enterprise-wide Security Awareness and Phishing Simulation Program.

Design, schedule, and execute simulated phishing campaigns to assess organizational security posture.

Analyze user click rates, report metrics, and track security awareness trends across departments.

Develop and distribute educational security content, threat advisories, and training communications.

Maintain training completion logs and awareness records to fulfill regulatory compliance and audit requirements.

Prepare executive reports and risk metrics supporting management reviews and security audits.

Evaluate emerging social engineering threats to recommend continuous improvements for awareness workflows.
