Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) business analysis.
- Proficiency in SailPoint and CyberArk infrastructure deployment.
- Experience with authoring business requirement documents and technical testing scripts.
- Experience in the full project life cycle for enterprise IAM solution implementations.
- Experience with change management, technical training, and deployment communication.
- Experience with Content Services Platforms and OnBase deployments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and deployment of SailPoint as an enterprise IAM solution.
- Translate complex IAM business requirements into technical documentation and design specifications.
- Execute testing strategies and script development for Identity and Access Management platforms.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and provide hypercare support during deployment phases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop business processes for CyberArk integrations.
- Drive change management activities including training documentation and help topic updates.
- Manage project life cycle artifacts and ensure adherence to established deployment standards.
