Requirements

7 or more years of experience in enterprise SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) architecture, deployment, and engineering.

Proficiency in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) frameworks, custom rule authoring, and SailPoint IIQ configurations.

Experience with designing automated identity lifecycle processes covering Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) events.

Experience in building custom connectors, application integrations, directory services, and database provisioning hooks.

Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), entitlement management, and automated access certification campaigns.

Experience in troubleshooting complex IdentityIQ workflows, performance bottlenecks, and federal security compliance baselines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement scalable enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Configure automated user lifecycle management workflows supporting account provisioning, access requests, and deprovisioning.

Build custom connectors and integrations linking SailPoint IIQ to target databases, enterprise applications, and directories.

Design and enforce governance frameworks including access certifications, segregation of duties (SoD), and role management.

Troubleshoot complex SailPoint IdentityIQ integration errors, custom Java rules, workflow logic, and performance issues.

Author technical architecture blueprints, system configuration workbooks, and detailed implementation documentation.

Mentor identity engineering staff and collaborate with cross-functional cybersecurity and public sector stakeholders.
