Requirements

2 or more years of experience in enterprise Okta administration, configuration, and identity engineering.

Proficiency in Okta Privileged Access (OPA) deployment and privileged access management (PAM) controls.

Experience with integrating Okta with enterprise applications using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols.

Experience in Active Directory and LDAP directory synchronizations with cloud identity platforms.

Experience with identity lifecycle management, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO).

Experience in troubleshooting complex authentication flows, access policies, and public sector security compliance baselines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and administer enterprise identity and access management solutions using Okta.

Deploy and support Okta Privileged Access (OPA) capabilities to secure critical infrastructure and administrative accounts.

Integrate Okta with on-premises directories, cloud applications, and third-party software systems.

Implement user lifecycle management workflows covering account provisioning, authentication policies, and deprovisioning.

Troubleshoot technical defects involving single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access sessions.

Execute solution testing, defect triage, and deployment validation alongside senior identity architects.

Author and maintain technical system documentation, runbooks, and platform configuration records.
