Requirements

Experience in utilizing Dynatrace and Amazon QuickSight for system capacity and performance tracking.

Experience with managing server patch deployments, digital certificates, and software inventory lifecycles.

Experience in administering IT service management workflows utilizing Jira and ServiceNow.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present metrics to executive leadership.
Responsibilities

Proactively monitor enterprise system availability, capacity, and performance to ensure maximum uptime.

Develop and execute complex SQL queries to generate scheduled and ad-hoc operational data reports.

Coordinate the deployment of server patches, digital certificate updates, and software version upgrades.

Triage critical production incidents and escalate technical anomalies utilizing IT ticketing systems.

Review and validate system architecture designs, test plans, and release transition deliverables.

Formulate project timelines and track operational milestones to enhance overall technical workflow efficiency.

Design comprehensive performance metrics and technical status presentations for cross-functional stakeholders.
