Requirements

2 or more years of experience in enterprise network engineering, routing, switching, and wireless architectures.

Proficiency in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Fortinet network devices.

Experience with routing protocols and technologies including OSPF, BGP, VLANs, Spanning Tree (STP), and high availability.

Experience in network security technologies encompassing next-generation firewalls, VPNs, and Network Access Control (NAC).

Experience with physical field deployment activities, including racking, stacking, structured cabling, and hardware testing.

Experience in network monitoring tools, automation scripting using Python or Ansible, and ITIL change management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
-
Monitor, maintain, and support multi-vendor enterprise wired and wireless network routing and switching infrastructures.

Configure, deploy, rack, stack, and cable network switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity, routing protocol, and performance degradation incidents.

Administer network security platforms, firewall access policies, and virtual private network (VPN) tunnels.

Execute scheduled firmware upgrades, OS patching, and network hardware lifecycle replacement projects.

Author and maintain technical network topology diagrams, configuration baselines, runbooks, and incident records.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide emergency incident response and after-hours infrastructure support.
