Requirements

2 or more years of experience in network operations center (NOC) support or technical help desk administration.

Proficiency in network monitoring platforms including SolarWinds and SquaredUp for infrastructure oversight.

Experience with ServiceNow or enterprise ticketing software for incident logging and escalation.

Experience in first-line network diagnostics, circuit triage, and troubleshooting connectivity failures.

Experience with telecommunications vendor coordination and carrier circuit outage tracking.

Experience in executing enterprise incident communications, alarm notifications, and knowledgebase updates.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Monitor enterprise network infrastructure and remote hardware continuously using SolarWinds and SquaredUp.

Triage inbound network support calls and log detailed incident tickets within ServiceNow.

Execute first-level investigation and diagnostic testing for network outages and system degradations.

Escalate critical system alarms and unresolved connectivity issues to Tier 2 engineers and service providers.

Issue enterprise-wide incident communications and emergency status bulletins using approved protocols.

Coordinate with third-party telecommunications vendors to track circuit restoration during alarm conditions.

Maintain technical operational logs, shift turnover records, and troubleshooting knowledgebase articles.
