Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in systems observability and enterprise infrastructure monitoring roles.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure cloud infrastructure monitoring services.
- Experience in Dynatrace SaaS and Managed platform administration including application onboarding.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools using PowerShell or Bash for monitoring workflows.
- Experience with Windows and Linux server administration and VMware virtualization environments.
- Experience in network protocols, load balancing, DNS, and Kubernetes container monitoring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy enterprise observability solutions using the Dynatrace monitoring suite.
- Onboard and configure complex business applications and services into monitoring platforms.
- Execute system migrations from Dynatrace Managed environments to cloud-native SaaS models.
- Develop technical health checks, synthetic monitoring, and real user monitoring dashboards.
- Establish baseline monitoring thresholds, performance KPIs, and service level agreements for critical systems.
- Integrate monitoring toolsets with IT Service Management platforms and enterprise log analysis frameworks.
- Lead incident response efforts by providing deep-dive performance insights and root cause analysis.
