Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft 365 user permissions and enterprise access controls to ensure platform security.

Monitor and optimize SharePoint server infrastructure to maintain robust high availability.

Automate bulk administrative tasks and custom workflow solutions utilizing PowerShell scripts.

Execute system patches, network backups, and disaster recovery plans for enterprise environments.

Troubleshoot complex site configuration errors and resolve infrastructure dependency issues.

Establish performance baselines, manage system alerts, and generate comprehensive usage reports.
