Requirements

5 or more years of experience in business analysis supporting enterprise IT projects.

Proficiency in system integration analysis, APIs, and data exchange between applications.

Experience with gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

Experience in process modeling using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar technical tools.

Experience with creating Business Requirements Documents, use cases, and user stories.

Experience in User Acceptance Testing and the development of system test plans.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Document current and future state workflows including process maps and business narratives.

Analyze system integrations, data exchanges, and technical dependencies between enterprise applications.

Translate business needs into structured technical specifications and requirements traceability matrices.

Facilitate workshop sessions with technical stakeholders to define and validate system functionality.

Support Project Management Office initiatives by tracking project tasks and maintaining documentation.

Manage system testing activities including the creation of test cases and UAT scenarios.

Coordinate with business units to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains.
