Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience in ERP implementation and enterprise transformation project management.
- Proficiency in organizational change management strategies and adoption methodologies.
- Experience in stakeholder analysis and readiness assessment for large-scale system transitions.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Agile project management environments.
- Experience with CRM platforms and cloud-based enterprise integration initiatives.
- Experience in designing multi-channel communication strategies for technical and business audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide change strategies to facilitate successful ERP adoption.
- Manage stakeholder engagement plans and build sponsorship coalitions for transformation initiatives.
- Assess organizational impact across business functions to mitigate resistance to system changes.
- Support the planning and execution of complex ERP integration workstreams.
- Collaborate with project leadership and PMO to track progress against organizational goals.
- Deliver tailored technical communications to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment between technical IT teams and business leadership during implementations.
