Requirements

8 or more years of experience in Drupal 8/9/10 architecture and backend development.

Proficiency in Acquia Cloud Platform, Site Factory, and Acquia DXP components.

Experience with PHP, Symfony, Composer, Drush, and modern frontend technologies.

Experience in RESTful APIs, decoupled/Headless Drupal, and system integration patterns.

Experience in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Acquia Pipelines, or Jenkins.

Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA and site performance tuning.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and implementation of Drupal solutions on Acquia Cloud and Site Factory.

Architect custom modules, themes, and complex integration patterns for enterprise-scale platforms.

Oversee code deployments and manage CI/CD pipelines across multiple environment configurations.

Optimize site performance and caching strategies using Varnish, CDN, and Cloud Edge tools.

Define technical standards, coding best practices, and automated development workflows for the team.

Perform rigorous code reviews and provide mentorship to engineering staff on technical decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures.
