Requirements

2 years or more of experience with help desk, desktop support, or end-user IT support.

Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, desktop hardware, mobile devices, and IT troubleshooting.

Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, account administration, access requests, and password resets.

Experience with help desk ticketing systems, incident tracking, escalation, managed service providers, and vendor coordination.

Experience with IT asset management, hardware break/fix, equipment deployment, software updates, and inventory tracking.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Provide frontline technical support by phone, email, and in person for hardware, software, device, and access issues.

Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, Microsoft applications, and common end-user technology problems.

Process user accounts, password resets, access requests, security groups, and distribution group updates.

Create and manage support tickets, escalate complex incidents, coordinate vendor resolution, and keep users informed.

Diagnose and replace hardware, coordinate warranty repairs, deploy equipment, and maintain accurate IT asset records.

Perform post-maintenance validation, assist with technology rollouts, document resolutions, and educate users on IT practices.
