Must-Have Skills:
- 2 years of help desk or IT support experience, with knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, and general IT support practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent IT/ information security work experience.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with customer-facing support, ticketing systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, or managed service providers.
- CompTIA A , ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified Fundamentals certifications.
