Must-Have Skills:

• 3-5 years of business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and facilitating business analysis sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience developing executive-level reports, process maps, workflows, SOPs, and risk analyses.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in federal/state government, public health, healthcare, or other service-related industries, with an MBA or MHA preferred
• Lean Six Sigma, project management, change management, or business analysis certifications or training.
