Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and server administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory design, security group standards, and Group Policy Object deployment.
- Experience with identity provisioning systems like CUPSS for account lifecycle management and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Windows File and Print server administration including NTFS permissions and queue management.
- Experience with PowerShell or VBScript for automating administrative workflows and task execution.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 and Exchange resource management including distribution list configuration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of enterprise Active Directory security standards and GPO structures.
- Manage the full lifecycle of privileged and user accounts within a centralized identity management platform.
- Administer high-availability File and Print servers including drive space optimization and access auditing.
- Troubleshoot complex network printer configurations, firmware updates, and management software across remote sites.
- Execute data restoration and recovery procedures utilizing Shadow Copy and enterprise backup tools.
- Coordinate with external technology vendors to resolve critical hardware and software operational failures.
- Implement infrastructure standards for server operational roles, naming conventions, and security auditing protocols.
