Restaurant Managers

The Restaurant Manager will oversee operations for a fine-dining, full-service restaurant, reporting to the General Manager. This role leads daily service, supports exceptional guest experiences, and coordinates food and beverage operations, including wine, bar management, and catering.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff schedules and supervise shifts.
• Manage guest relations and support a high-quality dining experience.
• Oversee inventory management and vendor coordination.
• Prepare sales reports and support budget control.
• Maintain quality assurance across restaurant operations.
• Ensure health and food safety compliance.
• Lead training development for restaurant staff.
• Oversee wine, bar, catering, and broader food and beverage operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
