Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)

Plaintiff-focused law firm in Forest Hills, NY is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to manage personal injury cases and support attorneys throughout the full case cycle. This is a fully on-site role, and we need someone who can reliably commute to the firm’s Forest Hills office five days per week. This position requires strong organizational skills, independence, and familiarity with modern legal software tools.

Responsibilities:

• Manage PI cases from intake to resolution

• Draft medical summaries, discovery responses, pleadings, and settlement documents

• Update and track case progress in Filevine (Lead Docket a plus)

• Coordinate with clients, medical offices, and insurance contacts

• Schedule EBTs, IMEs, mediations, and court events

• Prepare attorneys for depositions and trial-related needs

• Identify workflow issues and help keep cases on schedule
  

• 3 years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience (NY preferred)

• Strong Filevine skills; Lead Docket helpful

• Solid understanding of litigation steps and deadlines

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to reliably commute to the firm’s Forest Hills office five days per week (on-site role)

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
