Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall creative vision and strategic direction across all client and internal initiatives.
- Serve as senior creative counsel to clients, leading presentations, strategic planning, and high-profile pitches.
- Drive new business growth through creative leadership, thought partnership, and industry presence.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative team while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards of strategic thinking, craft, and execution.
- Partner with executive leadership on agency strategy, operations, and long-term growth initiatives.
Job requirements
- 7 years of progressive creative leadership experience within a brand or creative agency environment, ideally working with luxury, fashion, beauty, or cosmetic brands.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams and freelance networks.
- Award-winning portfolio demonstrating creative leadership across premium brands and multiple platforms.
- Strong business acumen, including experience with client retention, new business development, and resource management.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to inspire clients and teams.
- Deep understanding of integrated campaigns, emerging technologies, and evolving creative trends.
Salary : $180,000 - $210,000
