Role: ServiceNow DeveloperLocation: Baltimore, MD (Onsite)Duration: 12 month Should be open to getting a Public Trust certification Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to support a mission-critical federal program in Baltimore, MD. The role involves designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions to drive automation and operational efficiency across complex IT environments. The candidate will collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable workflows and develop architecture artifacts. Responsibilities: • Provide development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements. • Develop process workflows and automation strategies. • Collaborate with the team in architecture design development and reviews. • Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps and architecture diagrams. • Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles. • Troubleshoot and resolve problems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for ServiceNow configuration, implementation, and support. Mandatory Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA). • At least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience. • Experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications. • Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols. • Excellent technical leadership skills. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Nice-to-Have Skills: • Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications. • Project Management or Agile certification. • ITILv4 Foundations Certification. • Experience with Agile methodologies. • Experience supporting ServiceNow work with the US Federal Government
