Position Description:
Seeking a ServiceNow Developer with experience analyzing the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal
This position is located at our client site in Baltimore, MD.
. Provide development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
. Develop process workflows and automation strategies.
. Collaborate with the team in architecture design development and reviews.
. Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
. Support growth-related activities, including prototypes, and oral presentations. Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications for their practice expertise.
. Bachelor's and 3 years of experience, Master's and 1 year of experience or 7 in lieu of a degree
. 5 years of experience as ServiceNow developer
. 3 years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
. Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies
. Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts
. Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
. Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
. Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
. Experience with the US Federal Government
. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
. 3 years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR
. 3 years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
. 2 years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
Additional ServiceNow CIS certification with preference for the following:
. CIS - Customer Service Management
. CIS - IT Service Management
. CIS - Discovery
. CIS - Service Mapping
. CIS - Strategic Portfolio Management
. CIS - Application Portfolio Management
. CIS - Software Asset Management
. CIS - Hardware Asset Management
. Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java
. Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow
. Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols
. Experience with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and External Portals
. Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP
. Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR
. Project Management or Agile certification
. ITILv4 Foundations Certification
