Oracle Forms Developer

Overview
Razor is seeking a Senior Oracle Forms Developer for a long-term, 100% remote federal government contract supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. This position requires obtaining an Active Public Trust Security Clearance, fingerprinting, and a background check. Education & Certification Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, etc.

Clearance Requirements

• Active Public Trust Security Clearance (to be obtained)
• Must have lived in the U.S. for the last 4 consecutive years
• No travel outside the U.S. for more than 90 consecutive days

Onsite Requirements

• 100% remote position

Responsibilities

• Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) in the existing Oracle Forms system
• Upgrade Oracle Forms 12c and Oracle WebLogic/Forms servers to the latest version
• Apply role-based changes to comply with MFA requirements
• Collaborate with authentication service providers for MFA integration
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather MFA-related requirements

Qualifications

• 8 years of total experience
• Hands-on experience implementing MFA/SSO
• Expertise with OAuth 2.0 and SAML for secure user authentication
• Ability to configure Oracle Identity Management (OIM) or Oracle Access Manager (OAM) for MFA
• Hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic Server, OIM, and OAM for MFA implementation
• Proficiency in setting up SSL/TLS for secure communication
• Familiarity with deploying Oracle Forms applications and configuring authentication methods
• Basic experience with PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, packages, and SQL

Desired Skills

• Experience implementing MFA using Oracle products in Oracle Forms applications
• Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server and related Oracle products supporting MFA
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, SAML, and Oracle Identity Management tools
• Strong understanding of secure communication protocols
