We are currently looking for a Loan Document Specialist I to join our Resortcom family!

 

Position Summary

This position is entry level and reports to the Trust Supervisor. Will be responsible for receiving and processing all incoming Promissory Notes from clients and the Contracts Department, audits of those files and paid in full documents.

 

Essential Functions

  • Corresponding with clients via phone and e-mail
  • Detailed audits of all custodial documents
  • Data entry, Numerical and alphabetical filing
  • Purging files whether physically or computer-based
  • Reviewing details of Promissory Notes for signatures and terms
  • Uploading all Paid in Full documents into Document Manager
  • Processing proper Paid in Full documents and distributing to members
  • Respond to client and member requests as needed via e-mail or CRM
  • Training staff as needed.
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback and to stick to the processes/instructions given.
  • All other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Work Environment

The work for this position is conducted in an office environment.  The noise level in this environment is usually moderate. Travel may be required to receive training, attend meetings, and develop relationships with other professionals. Evening and weekend work may be required based upon the workload.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15-20 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.  Must be able to sit at the computer and do data entry and look at the screen for extended periods of time with minimal breaks.

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, detail oriented and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Mail Merge, Excel and Outlook)
  • Bilingual is a plus but not necessary.

 

 

Qualifications:
