Requirements:
- Experience handling WC claims for Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana, and Michigan
- Experienced Work Comp Adjuster.
- Experience with complex and litigated Lost time claims.
- Licensed jurisdictionally as required.
- Dependable and professional.
Responsibilities:
- Review and investigate workers’ compensation claims.
- Gather and analyze medical records, accident reports, and witness statements.
- Communicate with employees, employers, medical providers, and legal representatives.
- Negotiate settlements within established authority limits.
- Maintain detailed claim files and ensure compliance with state and company regulations.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
