- Direct infection prevention programs and assess ongoing readiness.
- Oversee surveillance, data collection, analysis, and reporting in line with CDC/NHSN standards and CMS, state, and local regulations.
- Promote patient safety and adherence to IP protocols.
- Lead and mentor the IP team to ensure excellence in infection prevention practices.
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Education, Epidemiology, Public Health, Clinical Microbiology, or a related health field.
- 3–5 years of clinical experience in a health-related field.
- 2 years of leadership experience in Infection Prevention or Epidemiology.
- Current Certification in Infection Control (CIC).
