Director of Behavioral Services
(Psych I/P & O/P - Acute Care)
Lead and grow a high-impact behavioral health program serving both inpatient and outpatient populations. Drive daily operations, elevate quality standards, and shape psychiatric service development in partnership with nursing leadership, medical staff, and administration. Own budgeting, program strategy, and community-focused service expansion.
Requirements:
• Master’s in Nursing or Business Administration
• 5 years’ leadership experience in psych I/P & O/P within acute care
• Active Multi-State RN license (or ability to obtain in 30 days)
• AHA BLS and CPI (or completion during orientation)
