This position goes beyond traditional administrative support—it's centered on employee relations, compliance, and process improvement, offering a dynamic opportunity to influence culture and operations in meaningful ways.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a primary HR contact for our employees and management, offering guidance on policies, performance, and employee relations
• Manage daily HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Assist with leave programs (FMLA, ADA, parental, etc.) with empathy and compliance
• Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee inquiries and changes
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local employment laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures
• Maintain and improve HR systems, records, and reporting for data accuracy and confidentiality
• Help develop and communicate clear, consistent HR policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For::

• Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; equivalent experience or certifications accepted
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, strong judgement and problem-solving ability
• Effective communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Professional certification (e.g., SHRM) preferred or willingness to obtain
• Ability to meet background check requirements based on role and organizational standards
