What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional (Float) position at Residential Resources, Inc.?
Residential Resources is hiring an experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. This "float" position will support multiple residential programs/homes in various shifts. We have homes in Gorham, Saco, Scarborough, and Westbrook. Most of our homes are small and support only two residents.
The ideal candidate needs to have open availability to support our scheduling needs. If desired, float employees are guaranteed two consecutive days off per week and one weekend off per month. Employees are guaranteed 40 hours a week and can request overtime as it is available.
Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour

Requirements:
- 3 years as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history
- Acceptable criminal background check
- At least 1 year of experience providing direct care/support
