Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Handle guest requests for amenities, such as extra towels or room service
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
