Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Set up breakfast stations, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stocked, clean, and ready for service
• Greet guests warmly, taking their orders and providing attentive customer service to enhance their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, buffet stations, and food preparation zones in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food handling, serving dishes efficiently and courteously while adhering to dietary restrictions and allergy protocols
• Support catering or banquet setups as needed for special events or group breakfasts
• Follow all food safety procedures diligently, including proper food storage, sanitation practices, and handling techniques

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering roles enhances your suitability for this position
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Background in hospitality or restaurant work provides a solid foundation for success
• Barista experience or dietary aide background is a plus but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness
