Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area and guest rooms, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Perform custodial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure a pristine environment.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition.
- Follow established safety protocols while performing cleaning duties.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel environments or industrial cleaning practices is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
