What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laundry Attendant position at Residence Inn by Marriott?
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain brand cleanliness standards
- Meets or exceeds hotel guest satisfaction measures
- Inspects dirty laundry for stains/tears before washing
- Washing and drying all linens
- Identifying and treating stains
- Folding all clean laundry
- Completing linen inventory
- Overall cleanliness of the laundry room
- Stocking shelves and housekeeping carts with clean, folded linens
Additional Responsibilities
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work independently
- Exceedingly organized and efficient with the ability to multitask
Essential Job Benefits
Full time, *30 hours or more per week*, will qualify for; company health insurance, and Marriott employee travel. After a year of employment you will qualify for 401K, and paid vacation.
