Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Houseman to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties across various areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a pristine environment.
- Assist with hotel housekeeping tasks, including replenishing supplies and changing linens as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas through janitorial and custodial responsibilities.
- Support housekeeping management in ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards and safety protocols.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks when required, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Ensure all assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
- Prior hotel or custodial experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
