Role Description
Residence Inn by Marriott is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to lead and manage the daily housekeeping operations of our hotel in Corpus Christi, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for monitoring housekeeping staff, managing inventory and supplies, overseeing laundry operations, and ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property. The Housekeeping Manager will also play a key role in hiring and training housekeeping staff while maintaining property standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including the ability to lead, manage, and train a team effectively
- Experience with laundry operations and maintaining cleaning standards
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in hiring and onboarding staff
- Attention to detail and ability to address cleanliness and maintenance issues
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with hotel operations and housekeeping procedures is a plus
- Experience in a similar managerial role is strongly preferred
