This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of maintenance practices and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, utilizing tools such as an ohmmeter for diagnostics.
- Assist in supervising maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and timelines.
- Perform painting tasks to maintain aesthetic quality and functionality.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance maintenance processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance roles, with a solid understanding of schematics and electrical systems.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise projects effectively.
- Experience with residential painting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective customer service interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
