Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries using multi-line phone systems
- Handle guest requests efficiently, addressing issues related to room accommodations, amenities, or special services
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with guests and vendors.
- Assist with guest relations by resolving concerns promptly and ensuring a positive stay experience
- Support hotel management with administrative tasks such as updating guest records and processing billing information
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service, front desk operations, or hotel experience preferred
- Knowledge of Fosse management system and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication
- Excellent guest services skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally
