About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper: to manage and maintain our organization’s complete set of financial records. This role goes beyond traditional bookkeeping, encompassing a wide range of accounting and financial management duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and committed to financial integrity and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AP/AR, payroll (via ADP), and general ledger
- Prepare financial statements and reconcile bank accounts
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and grant reporting
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and Medicaid/MCO billing
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5 years in bookkeeping/accounting; 2 years in a full-charge role
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Preferred: Experience in nonprofit or healthcare settings, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Salary Range:$55,000-$60,000:
