Essential Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Recruiting: Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding for technical and professional roles within the organization.
- Relationship Development: Proactively build and nurture strong partnerships with hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience and alignment with organizational needs.
- HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Effectively utilize HRIS and ATS platforms to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports.
- Recruiting Software: Leverage recruiting software and technology tools to identify, engage, and evaluate top talent efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze recruiting metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for process enhancements, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
- Proactive Recruiting Techniques: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including networking, talent pipelining, and engagement of passive candidates, to support current and future hiring needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and recruiting software.
- Proven track record of success in full cycle recruiting and implementing proactive sourcing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
