Shift: (Choose Your Own Hours)
Morning/Day: 7-3
Afternoon/Evening - 3-11
Overnight: 11-7
Job Description:
***** Staff will be on their feet majority of the time. Must be comfortable with performing Direct Care such as helping residents with Toileting *****
Job Duties:
Provide continuous supervision to clients.
Promptly respond to client injuries or illnesses, consulting with RNs or doctors as necessary.
Safely transport clients to appointments using facility-provided vehicles.
Prepare meals and snacks for clients.
Engage clients in recreational activities, including arts and crafts, board games, and other indoor/outdoor pursuits.
Supervise therapeutic activities and conduct therapeutic check-ins.
Assist RNs and other team members as directed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma
CPR Certification
6 months of healthcare experience
Valid Driver's License
Clear CORI and DCF background check
MAP Certification (preferred but not required)
Staff to Patient ratio.

staff will be place in the group they currently will be needed for upon arrival.
there's 3 1:1 patients only for internal staff.
