Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with pain, mobility limitations, and movement dysfunctions to improve functional independence and quality of life.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility, reduce fall risk, support post-surgical recovery, and improve overall patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, discharge summaries, insurance communications, and patient interactions.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians, healthcare providers, insurance companies, patients, rehabilitation staff, and supervisors regarding patient care and treatment progress.
- Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment by assisting with clinic maintenance, equipment sanitation, and other duties that support quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Physical Therapist license
- BLS Certification
(Physical Therapist, Licensed Physical Therapist, PT, Outpatient Physical Therapist)
