This is a full-time remote position for the Vice President of Customer Services. The VP of Customer Services will oversee and lead the customer service department to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and experience. Responsibilities include developing strategic initiatives, optimizing contact center functions, analyzing performance metrics, addressing customer queries, and implementing plans to enhance overall customer journey and loyalty.
- Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and customer feedback
- Experience in managing and optimizing Contact Center operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in luxury or high-end retail industries is a plus
- Ability to work independently and lead a remote team
