This is a full-time remote role for a VP of Customer Relationships. In this role, you will lead the development of customer engagement strategies, foster sustainable relationships with key clients, and drive growth aligned with Repossi’s vision. You will oversee sales operations, implement account management best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Expertise in Account Management and Sales Management, with a focus on maintaining and strengthening client relationships
- Experience in Sales Operations, including developing and executing efficient workflows and processes for customer relationship management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in luxury, retail, or jewelry industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
