About the Role


We’re seeking experienced, results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to sell DentalScan to dental offices across the U.S.

This hybrid role combines 100 daily outbound calls with in-person visits and local networking to build trusted relationships and close new business.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from outreach and prospecting to closing—and earn recurring commissions with a base salary after your first 12 weeks of meeting quota and performance standards.

• OTE: $190,000 (first-year potential)

• Base Pay: $55,000 / year after 12 weeks (based on quota and performance)

• Uncapped Commission: Tiered recurring structure

• Quota: 3 new offices per month (36 per year)

• Remote Field Sales Travel Required



Earning Structure

• Scan Price: $7

• Average Office Revenue: ≈ $1,750 / month

• Tiered Commission: 30% → 35% → 28% (progressive structure)

• Quota: 3 new offices per month (36 annually)

• On-Target Earnings: ≈ $190,000 (base commission)



Responsibilities

• Conduct 100 outbound calls per day to qualified dental offices

• Perform in-person visits, networking, and relationship-building within assigned regions

• Identify, present, and close new DentalScan accounts

• Manage a consistent pipeline through CRM tools and outreach channels

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and follow-through on every lead



Ideal Candidate

• 2 years of SDR or B2B closing experience (healthcare or SaaS preferred)

• Proven success in consultative sales and relationship management

• Comfortable blending field visits with high-volume phone outreach

• Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented
