To reach our goal of 100,000 plus smartphone intraoral images, we are seeking full-time Business Development Associates who can build partnerships, open doors with organizations, and acquire image datasets.
This is not a traditional sales position.
There are no quotas, no daily cold-call requirements, and no closing responsibilities.
Your role is focused on relationship-building, partnership development, and securing datasets.
Why This Role Is DifferentThis position is ideal for individuals who already have connections in dental clinics, pediatric programs, nonprofits, or education sectors, or who are naturally strong at outreach and building trust.
You will be creating long-term partnerships that may later convert into paying DentalScan clients. When this happens, you receive ongoing recurring commission at a higher rate than the sales team.
This role is full-time, but not sales-driven.
Compensation StructureCommission OnlyYou earn 40 percent recurring commission for every client that originates from a partnership you initiate. This is higher than the commission percentage earned by the sales team.
Important ClarificationThis is not the DentalScan Sales Representative role.
The sales team role includes:
• A base salary of $55,000 after meeting quota
• A quota of three offices per month
• First-year on-target earnings around $190,000
• A structured sales pipeline and closing responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities1. Partnership Outreach and Development• Contact and communicate with schools, nonprofits, dental clinics, dental schools, and community health programs
• Build trust-based relationships
• Present DentalScan’s preventive care value
• Establish cooperation agreements
• Maintain ongoing communication with partner organizations
2. Smartphone Image Dataset Acquisition• Help organizations gather and submit smartphone intraoral photos
• Ensure high-quality submissions
• Track and organize incoming datasets
• Work closely with the internal team to validate and store data
3. Referral-Based Compensation• If a partner organization later becomes a paying DentalScan client, you receive 40 percent recurring commission
• You are not responsible for closing sales
• The sales team manages onboarding, demos, pricing, and paperwork
