About the Role
We’re seeking experienced, results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to sell DentalScan to a wide range of organizations across the U.S.
This is a full-cycle sales role.
You will own the entire process from:
1. Outbound outreach
2. Qualifying and presenting DentalScan
3. Negotiating and closing contracts
4. Onboarding new accounts
5. Maintaining long-term client relationships
And because accounts generate recurring scan revenue, you earn monthly recurring commissions for the lifetime of every account you close.
Compensation includes:
• Base salary after 12 weeks
• Uncapped tiered commissions
• Long-term monthly recurring revenue (MRR) from your accounts

• Average Location Revenue: $1,750–$3,000 per month

• Make 100 outbound calls daily to qualified organizations
• Perform in-person visits, community outreach, and local networking
• Present, negotiate, and close full contracts with new clients
• Handle onboarding and initial setup to ensure client success
• Manage long-term relationships to maintain recurring revenue
• Maintain CRM pipelines and track performance
• Represent DentalScan at events, school district meetings, public health discussions, and community programs
• Support expansion into government opportunities and pilot programs
• Ensure consistent monthly account retention to maximize recurring commissions
