The Opportunity
This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career in recruitment and sales.
No prior recruitment experience is necessary- we provide structured training, ongoing mentorship, and hands-on guidance from day one. What matters most is your drive, resilience, confidence, and work ethic.
You'll gain experience across the full recruitment lifecycle: building client relationships, sourcing niche tech talent, and eventually managing your own desk independently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and hiring managers across the U.S.
- Sourcing and engaging candidates within specialized tech markets
- Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
- Growing your own network of clients and candidates
- Working towards individual targets in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Training & Progression
We offer a clear development path backed by hands-on support from experienced consultants and leadership.
You'll start with structured training and mentorship, progressing to managing your own full-cycle desk:
- 0-12 months: Learning the fundamentals and making placements with support
- 12-18 months: Running your own processes and developing a client base
- 18 months : Leading key accounts, mentoring others, and driving growth
Success here is performance-based- your results determine your progression and earning potential.
