We are CSG Talent, we are independent, agile and people-centric, and due to continued success and growth we are recruiting for Recruitment Consultants to join our new and growing Tampa office!
You will get the benefit of working with a Global leading business with years of experience operating in the US, but with a start up feel as we expand, right in the heart of Downtown Tampa.
We are looking to bring in a few excellent individuals to join our team and work alongside CSG colleagues with years of experience who are relocating to Tampa to kick start our expansion.
📍 Location: Fifth Third Centre, Downtown Tampa
📅 Start date: July 2026
💵 Earnings: Competitive base salary and uncapped commission with the target to earn 5 x your salary
About You!

This role is open to graduates, sales professionals career-changers.
- Proven track record of success in a sales role; meeting and exceeding targets, working to daily KPI's, held accountable for your own
- Ideally a minimum of 1 year in a sales or business development after graduation
- Consider yourself a people's person: a natural flair for relationship building and strong communication skills are essential in this role
- Proactive in approach: we need candidates who want to learn and are hungry to develop and succeed in this market
- Resilience: the ability to dust yourself off and jump straight back in when things get tough
- A team player: the importance of being in it together is important to us as that's the only way we will continue to grow.
