Associate Recruitment Consultant - M&A
Downtown Tampa | Wednesday WFH
$50,000 – $80,000 (Base OTE)
At Camino Search, we partner with private equity funds and PE-backed tech and tech-enabled businesses to hire the finance and M&A talent that drives growth, acquisitions, and value creation.
Founded in London in 2021, we’ve scaled rapidly and have since opened our Tampa office. This is an opportunity to join our M&A-focused team at an early stage, working directly with high-growth businesses and investors on critical, deal-driving hires.
This is a sales role in a fast-paced, high-performance, and financially rewarding environment.
You’ll Learn How To:
- Identify, engage, and headhunt high-calibre M&A, corporate finance, and strategy candidates
- Manage full recruitment processes - from first conversation through to offer and close
- Advise candidates on career moves within M&A, private equity, and high-growth tech
- Build relationships with founders, investors, and senior stakeholders — winning new clients and playing a key role in their growth journey
- Develop deep market knowledge across M&A, private equity, and deal activity
Who We’re Looking For

You’ll likely be:
- A recent graduate (finance, economics, or business-related degree preferred)
- Highly competitive (sporting background desirable)
- Commercially minded with an interest in M&A, private equity, or financial markets
- Confident, resilient, and motivated by performance and earning potential
