What You’ll Do
As an IT Engineer, you’ll be on the front lines of technology, solving problems and deploying solutions that keep our clients’ businesses running. Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing support for servers, networks, and a variety of hardware/software platforms.
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Designing, configuring, and maintaining firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi devices.
- Deploying and managing virtualization platforms, backup systems, and Microsoft technologies.
- Working remotely most of the time, with some onsite visits as needed.
- Collaborating with our team to deliver creative, reliable solutions for every client challenge.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of IT experience (MSP background a plus).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Server, Exchange, Windows OS (7/8/10/11), LAN/WAN networking, and virtualization platforms.
- Experience with firewall/switch configuration (Cisco, SonicWall, etc.).
- Professional certifications preferred (MCP, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, VMware VCP, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, strong troubleshooting ability, and a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.

Work Location: Hybrid Remote from the following locations – Buffalo, NY - Olean, NY - Elmira, NY (must be in one of these general areas)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
