Ed & Ed Business Technology along with Repeat Business Systems, Inc, a vibrant technology leader with a big heart keenly focused on service, integrity and true partnership, is growing and looking for experienced Field Service Engineer in the Buffalo and Rochester areas. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be servicing multi-function copiers and printers. In this role, you’re in the first line of defense against issues that slow or stop the pace of business for our clients.
To keep our customers' businesses running efficiently, our technicians:
- Complete diagnostics, installations troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware, networking, & software solutions while managing & building excellent professional client relationships.

- You have worked in the printer or copier industry.
- You have experience fixing electronics, and are results driven.
- You are customer-focused & comfortable interacting with multiple businesses and clients daily.
We are looking for:
- 1 years of experience working with customers repairing and maintaining equipment such as printers, office equipment, electronics, and/or machinery
- High School Degree or better
- A clean driving record
- A passion for learning

Compensation is based on experience. Bonuses from $450.00 and up.
